1. How is the hair sewn unto the weft?

Machine sewn wefts.

2. How long does it take to process my order? 

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing orders. Please be aware processing time does not account for shipping time.

3. Can I order any colors beside natural black/brown?

We offer 613.

4. How do I care for my hair ?

Depending on if you have oily/dry scalp and if you have them sewed/glued or made clip ins .

Wash as necessary with a sulfate free shampoo.

Condition as you would the hair growing out of your scalp.

Use thermal protecting sprays and light weight serums.

Do not brush when wet .

Hydrating Products will be best.

Keep the hair clean for best results.

5. How long does shipping take?

USA 3-5 Working days

Canada and Everywhere else 7-12 Working days

Please keep in mind this is after your order has been processed.

6.How would I track my package?

After shipped you will be emailed a tracking number.

7. How many bundles will I need?

10"-16" you will need approx. 2-3 bundles depending on how big you like to wear your hair.

18"-24" 2-4 bundles depending how on big you wear your hair or your desired style consult your stylist.

26"-30" 4 bundles and up the longer the hair the shorter the weft.

8. How many ounces can I get out of a bundle?

approx. 3.5 ounces

9. How dense are the closures?
